Sport Pre-Participation Physicals
Sport Pre-Participation Physicals are Tuesday May 22nd from 6;30pm-8:30pm in the Auxillary Gym at MSHS. Cost is $25 per athlete and is open to all high school and middle school athletes. All spring athletes are required to submit a new pre-clearance packet each and every season.
