New Schedule Change Policy

Effective immediately, to  initiate a schedule change, students must NOW complete a SCHEDULE CHANGE FORM (click here to access the form) and submit it to Mount Si  High School Counseling Center.  The alpha designated counselor will review the  form with 3 possible outcomes:
 1. This is a change from our  previous schedule change process where students/families were able to make appointments to see their designated counselor regarding schedule issues. 
2. Specifically, we will no longer be making appointments to discuss schedule changes.  Schedule changes include: changing classes/periods, requesting new teachers, etc. 
3. Students must submit a schedule change form to initiate any schedule change requests.
